Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.
- 2.Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the e-bike is packed securely in its original packaging with all manuals, chargers, and tools included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking information for your records.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item to confirm it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
